1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AuditaSaaS you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. What AuditaSaaS is
AuditaSaaS analyzes a CSV file of bank transactions to detect recurring charges that look like software subscriptions, estimate the equivalent monthly spend, and flag possible duplicates across similar categories.
3. The analysis is only informative
Detection relies on repetition and amount patterns, not a direct connection with each vendor. There may be false positives (recurring charges that aren't software) or false negatives (subscriptions that don't follow a clear regular pattern in the period analyzed). Users must verify each detected subscription before acting on this report (for example, before cancelling a service).
4. Nature of this version
This is a demo version. Accounts and history are stored locally in your browser, and the paid plans are simulated: no real charge is made.
5. Free plan
The free plan includes 3 trial analyses (one-time) and supports files of up to 300 transactions, showing only the total spend detected. The Premium plan (simulated in this demo) removes the analysis limit and unlocks the detailed list, duplicate warnings, and history.
6. Accounts
Each account is identified by email and a password stored encrypted locally in the browser. Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential and for access to their own device.
